About us

Between September and May we present two concerts, each with a small orchestral accompaniment and soloists. Our concerts have been held in local venues including King's Bruton, St Mary's Church and Bruton School for Girls.

Rehearsals are friendly, informal occasions and take place on Wednesday evenings in King's Bruton music school.

Our funding is derived from members' annual subscriptions and the sale of concert tickets. This is supplemented by occasional social and fundraising events. We are also supported by the Friends of Bruton Choral Society whose members value the contribution we make to the life of the community. Our patron is Nigel Perrin.
